- Once this form is filled out completely, we will review and reach out to you with an initial quote via email.

- The cost for deposit is $200+ depending on the complexity of design

-$50 from your deposit will be sent as a donation to one of the organizations in my DEPOSIT PAGE 

-Once the deposit is received, your appointment will be confirmed.

-If you need to reschedule your appointment you may 48 hrs prior to your appointment.

-If you miss your appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded.
